Be always aware of scammers, they are everywhere especially on Facebook, Telegram, and Twitter. When you get an Email or a message on social media, think before you click!
The Multi.io support team would never ask you to send money to any address or to reveal your private information, such as your 2FA Account Token Key or password. If someone asks you to do this, ignore the message and report this user immediately.
You can check the official Multi employees by the grey “admin” phrase on the right side of their name or by clicking on the user’s icon and make sure it’s the correct “username”.
The Multi.io team has one official twitter account (@Multi_Exchange).
Twitter users should ignore any direct messages from accounts disguising themselves or pretending to be affiliated with Multi.io. The Multi.io team will not send any direct messages including hyperlinks and/or asking for private information.
