In general, Multi does not offer any kind of a coin/token recovery service due to its complexity.
- If you have suffered a significant loss as a result of incorrectly deposited tokens, Multi may, solely at our discretion, assist you in recovering your tokens. This process is extremely complicated and may result in significant cost, time, and risk.
- If you wish to request Multi to recover your tokens, you can send an email from your registered email address only to email@example.com explaining the issue.
The following information is mandatory to be included in your email: TX ID, and a detailed description of the problem.
Based on the information the Multi team will decide if we proceed to attempt to recover your tokens.
- Please be patient as the process of retrieving wrongly deposited tokens may take over 1 month.
